Refunds and Returns
Items purchased within 14 days of delivery can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, factory sealed and accompanied with the order number or receipt when speaking to a member of our team.
Any items that are not factory sealed or have been tampered with, used or opened will not be subject to a refund. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.
If an order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us to arrange for a full refund or replacement.
Shipping costs where redelivery (or replacement) is applicable will be fulfilled by Safari Zone Ltd to the same level of service as stated in our shipping policy.
Disclaimer: Products labelled “Booster Pack”, “Mini Tin” or “Single Card” will be investigated on return. Refunds will be issued within 14 days if we believe that the product has not been altered or tampered with. We will contact you within 7 days of the arrival of returned goods to inform you of the outcome.
Please Note that cancelled or undelivered Pre-Order items can be refunded or exchanged for store credit at the customers request at any time after 14 days.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items
If an item has been damaged, lost or stolen, please contact a member of the team here: Contact – Safari Zone.
When contacting us about your damaged order please be prepared to provide evidence of the damage so we may process the outcome quickly. Damaged items will need to be returned before a replacement or refund will be issued. The customer support team will provide instructions on how to ship an order back to us. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning goods.
For orders that have been lost, please contact support immediately so that we can issue a refund or replacement.
Orders that have specific delivery instructions are the responsibility of the customer once the item has been marked "delivered" and refunds or replacement orders will not be issued.
We will fully cooperate with the authorities during investigations into lost or stolen goods.
